Thank you for visiting the Sharon Stump State Farm® Agency website! My agency is built on the values of integrity, stewardship, and community involvement. Each of those guide our approach and service we provide our customers. I have been in the financial and insurance industry for over 30 years. I joined the State Farm family in 2004 and have been serving the Linglestown area since 2012. My agency strives to educate all customers on their many options for their automobile, home, business, and life insurance programs. I am most passionate about helping customers build a financial plan to meet their retirement goals.

Brenda has been a part of the State Farm family for over 18 years in a variety of positions. Currently, her role involves connecting policyholders with the office team for beneficial reviews of their insurance.  She enjoys spending time with her family and reading a good book.  You may also find her outside in her flower beds or taking a walk.

Kristina has been a part of the agency since 2019 and is part of the customer care team. When you stop in or call, you are most likely greeted by her! If you have any questions or concerns about your policies or payment plans, she will diligently research and provide answers in a timely manner. Kristina is licensed in auto, home and pet medical insurance.

Office Associate

Tanya joined the team in January 2022. Before Sharon's office, Tanya was a longtime houseparent at a local residential school. Even though that chapter has closed, she continues to mentor her students from her time working there and brings along her caring and educational nature to her current position here at Sharon Stump Agency.

Tanya is a pivotal member of our new customer assistance team and is licensed to help you with your auto, home, and life insurance needs! She enjoys helping you find the right insurance coverage to meet your needs and is passionate about making sure you have the discounts and savings available to you. One of her favorite things about her role is educating customers and helping them personalize their insurance coverage!

Chelsea joined our agency in 2022 has been a great addition to the team! She is a fitness fanatic obsessed with reaching new PR’s and goals, and is currently in the process of gaining my body building and physique coaching license! When asked about what she enjoys about her position in the agency, she replied that she loves reaching her personal goals as it drives her motivation and excitement levels up because she loves helping people understand their insurance needs and finds that to be very rewarding.

Carol Keyes

Customer Service Representative

Carol is our amazing receptionist who applies her past nursing career to caring for each customer! She enjoys greeting each one that visits, and you may also hear her voice if you call in to make a payment.

She was born and raised in Altoona, PA. She attended LPN school, later receiving her RN. Her impressive nursing career spanned 42 years with many types of nursing, even relocating her to Arkansas. She eventually retired in 2017, and moved back to her home state of PA.

Carol currently lives locally with her sister and their rescue dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, walking their dogs and her position here at the agency assisting and welcoming customers!

Steve Getz

Customer Relations Representative

Steve might be new to our team, but he is not new to State Farm®. Steve was a State Farm® agent from 2002 – 2005 and was recruited to join State Farm® corporately in Agency Leadership. He was a consultant to new agents for several years, then served as director of the Agency Internship classroom where he led a team that trained interns. In the ten years preceding joining our team, Steve was part of Agency Administration where he served nearly four hundred fifty agents across many states including Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

When not helping State Farm® customers, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being active in the outdoors. LCBC is his home church where he serves as part of their guest experience team. Locally, he is an active member the Linglestown Area Civic Association (LACA).

Office Associate

Tori is an integral part of our customer care team and is licensed to assist you with changes to your home and auto policies as well as with billing and payment needs.

Whenever she isn't on the clock for the office Tori enjoys working out and doing CrossFit. In addition, she teaches group exercise and personal fitness training as well. Her ideal weekend is going to her family cabin with her husband, daughter and 2 fur babies to enjoy hiking and disconnecting for a while!
